| Description | Small and medium enterprises undertaking by course of The Trading Licensing act, are in market system take the biggest share of amount of economical subjects. With their existence they help to realize market competition. Small and medium enterprises cant use economies of scale. Commission of state is to prepare suitable conditions for overruling problems with foundation and development of small and medium enterprises. These enterprises have above all problems with financing their start, to cater their sales and with developing of their business activities. Reasons are: heavy accessibility of capital, problems with gaining of employees and low awareness in the field of sales. Big reserve is also in minimal engagement in the field of interest and economical cooperation, especially by small enterprises. |
