Description On the surface of graphite electrode was revealed the adsorption effect of chloride ions and therefore, the hydrogen evolution was shift to negative potential. In the sulfuric acid, this influence was not observed. During the nickel electrodeposition process in chloride electrolyte was detected the adsorption of charge transfer species that was kinetically limited but in sulfuric acid was not found the charge transfer species.
