Description In this work a method based on NO titration which permits simultaneous measurement of N and O atom density in N2 - O2 plasma afterglow is presented. This method is based on fitting the NO* intensities for increasing NO flow by a theoretical parabolic curve and it is very sensitive especially for low O atom densities.
