Description The prevalence of Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato in Southern Moravia was investigated in suburban woods Pisárky (city of Brno), Czech Republic from 1996-2003. Using of methods of dark-field microscopy and following PCR-RFLP, confirmed by SDS-PAGE.
