| Description | The author investigated by a set of qualitative methods the group of university students. In order to investigate the diverse experiences with chats and to prepare questions and issues for the quantitative part of the reserach the original questionnaire was created. The findings and formulating of several related clusters and a mapping of the topics was the aim of the study. |
