Description | Two homo-ODNs and seven hetero-ODNs (oligodeoxynucleotides)were studied by cyclic voltammetry and elimination voltammetry. At various experimental conditions we have tested the resolution of adenine and cytosine reduction signals on HMDE by means of cyclic, square wave and differential pulse voltammetry. The elimination voltammetry with linear scan (EVLS) gave best results and the resolution was function of pH,concentration, structure, adsorption of ODN and sequence of adenine and cytosine in ODN molecules. It was shown that EVLS can be the promising tool not only for the resolution of reduction signals adenine and cytosine, but also for the specification of adenine and cytosine sequences. |
