Description	CalFitter 2.0 is an enhanced version of the CalFitter webserver that integrates singular value decomposition (SVD) of multi-wavelength spectral datasets into its global fitting pipeline. This upgrade enables the fitting of processed SVD components alongside other experimental data types, providing valuable spectral fingerprints of macrostates during protein unfolding. The fully automated SVD analysis module is designed for user-friendly interaction, requiring no prior mathematical knowledge. Additionally, a new data uploading wizard streamlines the process for users to upload multiple datasets quickly. These improvements significantly enhance the user experience, establishing CalFitter 2.0 as a unique and robust tool for analyzing protein thermal denaturation data.
