• Description: Head and neck squamous cell carcinomas (HNSCC), the sixth most common cancer, arise from the oral cavity, pharynx, and larynx. While smoking, alcohol, and poor oral hygiene are key risk factors, microbiome imbalance also contributes to HNSCC.
