| Description | This article deals with illegal buildings from the perspective of selected environmental components (the components that are most often affected in the permitting process have been deliberately selected). The article highlights the fact that an illegal building is not only a building without a planning permission according to the new Building Act, but also without the relevant permitting acts of the individual environmental protection components. The article also distinguishes between the concepts of illegal building and unauthorised building. Furthermore, the article discusses the changes and their impacts brought by the new Building Act, which are related to illegal buildings. It also focuses on the new legal institute of a unified environmental statement as one of the fundamental changes in relation to administrative liability for illegal building. |
