In order to promote safe and effective care, we organized in the spring within the framework of the CZECRIN Academy and the Academy at St. Anna's training focused on adverse drug reactions and medication errors. Strengthening hospital security is a continuous process that requires the involvement of the entire staff. The latest knowledge and skills in the field of pharmacotherapy and medical practice shared in the training will help participants better understand the risks and situations associated with medicines, which will ultimately promote greater safety and quality of care we provide to our patients. |
