Description The text explores novice Czech teachers‘ challenges in contemporary classrooms‘ linguistically and culturally diverse environments. The diverse range of learners‘ linguistic backgrounds requires a shift from traditional teaching methods. Responding to the specific communicative needs of today‘s learners, both native and non-native speakers of Czech, this article discusses selected innovative approaches in language teaching that can enhance inclu- sion and improve teaching effectiveness.
