Description The policy paper is thematically related to the study entitled War in Ukraine, its reflection in Czech public opinion and recommendations for communication strategy, which was devoted to the conflict in Ukraine and its reflection by public opinion in the Czech Republic. The analysis was based on data from public opinion polls conducted in 2022 and a questionnaire survey conducted for the project in the period January-February 2023. Based on this analysis, recommendations for a communication strategy on the conflict in Ukraine and related topics were generated. This policy paper works with data collected from opinion polls conducted during 2023, the second year of the war. An important source of data is also a repeated questionnaire survey conducted partly on the same sample of respondents as the January-February 2023 questionnaire survey. The new questionnaire survey was conducted between December 2023 and early January 2024. The aim of the research is to use the data to capture possible changes over time in the reflection of the conflict and related topics in Czech public opinion during the second year of the war in Ukraine. Finally, the study reflects on the implications of the relevant findings for the further application of the communication strategy.
