Description	The paper is dedicated to illegal employment of foreigners. It analyses conditions for performance of work in the territory of the Czech Republic including types of work permits – employment permit, employee card, blue card and internally transferred employee card Subsequently, it focuses on performance of illegal work of an employee who is third country national and its possible legal consequences.
