Description Legal regulation of relations arising from the agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship, i.e. relations arising from the agreement to complete a job and the agreement to perform work, is subject to a further series of changes that significantly increase administrative burdens and costs associated with realisation of these relations on the side of employers, moreover, without ensuring predictability of amount of these costs when it comes to social security and public health insurance contributions arising from relations based on the agreements to complete a job. The article focuses mainly on analysis of relevant adopted changes to the regulation of given relations in the field of labour law and social security law, in the context of illegal work.
