| Description | Specific allergen immunotherapy (AIT) is a unique causal personalized approach to allergy treatment. One of the basic conditions of successful AIT is adequate dosage. In addition to studies within the framework of EBM requirements certifying the effectiveness of AIT products for a specific maintenance (daily) dose, we also find studies comparing the effectiveness of different doses (dose-response studies). Recommended maintenance (daily) doses for the treatment of individual types of inhalation allergies are derived from the findings of both types of studies, respectively due to the unique and non-transferable nature of AIT extract therapeutics from different manufacturers for specific AIT products. |
