| Description | Commentary on Article 18 and 19 TFEU. These two provisions regulate the issue of non-discrimination on grounds of nationality. I the commentary I analyse the content and application of the prohibition of discrimination, the justification for any difference in treatment, the addressees and beneficiaries of this prohibition, the various grounds of discrimination (sex, race or ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age, sexual orientation) and the conditions under which the European Union may adopt legislative measures in this area. |
