| Description | The monograph summarises the results of cellular and molecular events in the Schwann cell-axon relationships during development and regeneration of the peripheral nerves, and reconnection of CNS neurons with targets which have been obtained within the last few years in the author’s laboratory. The knowledge of Schwann cell biology during these processes may extend and improve technology of the nerve repair management. Our experimental data are extended with a short review of recent investigation of the above mentioned processes. |
