Description Simple, low-cost, and fast production of graphene is one of the necessary demands for the successful commercialization of graphene for real applications. One of the many possibilities for the production and subsequent utilization of graphene and graphene-like materials is the production of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) by reduction of graphene oxide (GO), since GO can be produced much easier. This working sample, called rGO sheet, was produced by plasma-triggered reduction and exfoliation of a thin GO layer produced by our custom method. The results of selected physical, chemical, and electrical properties of the working sample confirmed the surface uniformity of the fabricated material over the entire area of the sample with a size of ~ 100 x 100 mm2. Plasma reduction-exfoliation of the rGO sheet was triggered by a simple and scalable low-temperature atmospheric plasma technology. As result we fabricated an electrically conductive material in the form of a thin, pure, binder-free reduced graphene oxide sheet.
