Description The phantom head which is intended to test personal face and head protective equipment tightness of fit in sub-adult individuals represents a completely new testing apparatus, so far non-existent in the Czech Republic. The phantom was created using 3D modelling and 3D printing technology. It is based on a polygonal facial model of an average sub-adult individual from the FIDENTIS database. The resulting 3D model and its physical print represent an average child pertaining to the Czech population, aged approximately 10-13 years, intended for tightness of fit testing of respiratory tract protective equipment.
