| Description | In this presentation "Introduction to and Evaluation of CERPEK's Educational Program," three key points are addressed: a)the background leading to the establishment of Masaryk University's Pedagogical Competence Development Center (CERPEK), b) the current structure of CERPEK's educational program "Development of Pedagogical Competences for the University Classroom," and c) present feedback from the program's participants,a SWOT analysis of CERPEK and plans for the expansion of CERPEK's educational programs in 2019 and beyond. The focus of the presentation is in the latter point, with presentation considered as a starting point for a discussion on the challenges facing educators of university teachers. |
