| Description | This report presents the findings of work conducted under Task 3 of the assignment, the role and effect of external support to Public Administration. Through a set of study questions that followed a research design prepared by the task coordinators, it aims to analyse to what extent and how the external support provided has influenced both the overall reform agenda, and the actual implementation of reforms, in the Czech Republic.
