Description Substrate-assisted laser desorption inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (SALD ICP MS) is a technique for inorganic analysis of liquid samples of sub-microliter volumes in the form of dried droplets on suitable plastic substrates. Here we study the influence of aging effects on analysis of cadmium and indium in samples prepared by diffuse coplanar surface barrier discharge (DCSBD) modification of plastic substrates.
