Description | This article presents the first results of ongoing dissertation research, which explores the pronunciation of certain German sounds produced by pupils in Lower Secondary Schools in the Czech Republic, who are learning German as a second foreign language, after English. The focus here is on the research methodology, namely how data was collected from pupils reading aloud, and preparing this data for auditive analysis carried out by native speakers of German. |
