| Description | Software for bid rigging detection contains a four classes of test that detect a behavior suspected of collusive practices in public procurement. The tests use mainly the data from the Czech official public procurement registry (Věstník veřejných zakázek). The software has been created for the Czech anti-monopoly authority (Úřad pro ochranu hospořáské soutěže). |
