For this project, the partners/researchers JUDr. Jiří Valdhans, Ph.D. and JUDr. Tereza Kyselovská, Ph.D. were asked to deliver a specialized lecture on Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in the Czech Republic under the Civil Procedural Code, Enforcement Code and their relationship to the new Brussels Ibis Regulation. |
