Description Drug interactions with human serum albumin (HSA) can play an important role in determining the activity, distribution, rate of excretion or metabolism of many pharmaceutical agents in the body.Within this work, four methodologies differing in their basis – equilibrium dialysis (ED), circular dichroism (CD), isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) and capillary electrophoresis frontal analysis (CE FA) were used for the determination of diclofenac-HSA binding constant.
