Description Parents stand in relations with the school in a variety of roles. (1)Parents who are in the role of the client to school usually choose for their children a school that best fits their needs and visions about good school. (2)Parents in the role of a partner to the school have with school equivalent relationship, we call it partnership. (3)Parents as citizens access to the school as an institution, which may affect participation in public life. (4)Parents as a problem show no interest in school or do certain problems to school or teachers. The aim of this work was to offer a deeper look just at the troubled relationships between parents and teachers, to find out what kind of parents are labeling as problems by teachers, and therefore a description of problems that teachers currently felt in relation to the parents most strongly. The main research question was: What are the parents of labeling teachers as problematic? The answers I was looking for through a qualitative survey where over a period of one year was conducted interviews, data collection among teachers in three rural schools and mothers of pupils in these schools. Choosing between mothers went on the recommendation of teachers who have identified those parents with whom they have a troubled relationship. Respondents follow three basic characteristics of "problem" parents. There are 'passive' parents who do not show interest in the school in any way, the consequences of this behavior mainly rests with they children, there is little support in their education. Overly active parents means mainly a certain discomfort of teachers who are bombarded by constant questions and comments on the operation of schools or teaching itself. There are also parents quietly dissatisfied and it has been due to a threat to the school because of their unspoken dissatiofation.
