Description Reverse logistics (RL) attracts increasing attention of practitioners and academicians. However, some aspects of RL have not been studied yet. One of these aspects is Knowledge management (KM). Very few studies are focused on KM in the area of RL, although benefits of KM are discussed in most business management research fields. This study tries to fill this gap by introducing the results of cross-industry exploratory survey. The data were gathered from 55 Czech and Slovak companies. The data show relationships between KM aspects, RL process formalization and RL benefits. According to results, research questions and hypotheses for further research are suggested.
