Description The indicator system is created in order to support the efficient management of the distribution of the financial resources from the operational programs. This article analyzes the indicator system of the Operational Program Environment in the individual regions NUTS 3 in the Czech Republic. The aim is to analyze the fulfillment of the monitoring indicators in relation to the use of the financial resources and the number of approved projects according the selected priority axes and the level of pollution at the regional level. The analysis uses the primary data from the information system of the operational programs in the programing period 2007 – 2013 and the secondary data of the regional statistics.
