Description | The contribution is the basic characteristic of the emerging concept of education for career guidance that will outcome as a project called An European Guidance Counselling Concept for International Youth Mobility: Guide My W@y supported in 2014-2016 by the Erasmus +. The core of the presentation is the partial results of the Delphi questionnaire, which represents one of the cornerstones for the creation of the concept. Delphi questionnaire was carried out in January 2015 in all four participating countries of the project (Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Spain), and the text is addressed to two topics/modules, for whose formation is responsible the project partner from the Czech Republic (Department of Educational Sciences, Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University). Specifically the text summarizes the answers to questions about how often the respondents in their everyday practice meet with solving intercultural issues related to mobility of young people, as often support young when delivering learning and work programs and internships, and how important these two areas are in their everyday practice. Because the area to encourage international mobility of students and young academics is a priority issue of further education of the university counsellors in the Czech Republic, we believe that this concept could be interesting inspiration for innovation further education of career counsellors at universities. |
