| Description | The work deals with the analysis of the concept of domestic violence. The prerequisite of this analysis is a critique of those concepts that define the term domestic violence very narrowly or quantitatively only on the basis of manifestations of physical violence against adults in the family. The aim of this work is to define this term so as to enable more explicit identification of cases of domestic violence. |
