| Description | The dynamics of the development of all areas of science and technology is so great that the removal of one can mean disrespect to the systemic understanding of other areas. The basic connecting environment of comprehensive view is theoretical disciplines and emerging new technologies at the macro and micro particles cornerstones of nature. The development of electronics convinces us of it and the electronic communications has changed with an unimaginable pace into optoelectronic in recent years, in future it will be perhaps changed even into the bionic. The paper is based on an option of comparisons and balance of classical type control by social environment - management and on the other side the control of technical and technological processes participating on communication, memorization and transformation of information in the electronic background of processes controlling in various areas of society - here in e-banking. The change and quality of new management roles of social and technical environment has its justification and therefore, this article discusses the new and the expected role of management in an electronic banking environment with regard to modern dynamic economic relations. |
