Description Capillary electrophoresis hyphenated to mass spectrometry in frontal analysis mode (CE/FA-MS) was used to study the affinity between glimepiride and human serum albumin. Utilizing of both external and internal calibration methods for quantification of free drug concentration and subsequent determining of binding constants is presented in this contribution.
