Description The paper presents qualitative survey conducted on Czech primary and secondary schools. The interpretation of the data has several theoretical underpinnings. Illeris's framework for describing learning will is used to define intergenerational learning in teaching staff teams. This provides us with a basis to offer a description and a possible typology of situations in which this kind of learning is taking place in Czech schools.
