Description The capillary electrophoresis fontal analysis (CE-FA) was used to study the affinities between selected 1st generation antidiabetic drugs (tolbutamide, chlorpropamide) and human serum albumin (HSA). The binding constant (Kb) was measured under physiological conditions. The log Kb values obtained by means of CE-FA have a good repeatability (RSD < 3%).
