Description | In the present study, we discuss complex toxicity of cyanobacteria and combined results of in vitro experiments (estrogenic and retinoid-activity) and in vivo ecotoxicity to Daphnia magna (acute and reproduction studies) and to zebrafish embryos (Danio rerio). Determined activities were independent from microcystins or cylindrospermopsin (HPLC/MS). |
