Description | The lecture dealt with the methodical process the lawyer has to go thru when interpreting legislation. It was divided into three parts. In the first part the issue of multilingualism in the national environment was examined, the second part focused on the international community and language it uses and the third part dealt with the European Union and its emphasis on multilingualism in decision-making practice of the Court. Practical limits of modern technologies were especially emphasized. |
