Description | Primary black columnar Al-rich schorl to rare fluor-schorl, locally overgrown by brownish green fluor-elbaite from the Kracovice pegmatite (mixed NYF + LCT signature; Moldanubian Zone, Czech Republic) was partly replaced by a mixture of secondary fluor-elbaite plus the assemblage allanite-(Ce) and chamosite. Substitution of ScAl-1 in the octahedral site as well as minor vacancy in the M-sites are supposed in allanite. |
