This paper deals with a special task following experimental practice in molecular biology. A special test construction was accomplished for this purpose. A test named Extended Paired Dependences’ Test can execute paired experiments in the following way. For the jth individual (a person, a patient, an animal, a microorganism etc.) experimental samples (dependences) in the number M_(j, diseased) are provided and simultaneously experimental samples in the number M_(j, healthy), where j = 1, 2, . . ., J. Generally, the numbers M_(j, diseased) and M_(j, healthy) need not be the same. Withal, symbol M_(j, diseased) represents number of samples obtained from, e.g., tumor tissue and M_(j, healthy) represents the number of samples obtained from healthy tissue at the same jth person. Symbol J represents the number of examined individuals (persons, patients, animals, microorganisms etc.). This test construction is relatively easily enabled with the help of the definition matrix approach. In practice, a need of the test can occur very often for miscellaneous reasons. E.g., some samples are not well done for experimental (anatomical, biochemical, etc.) reasons. Sometimes, a making of further samples can be financially too expensive or, simply, unworkable (e.g., for ethical reasons).
