Description | The aim of this contribution is to present the latest results of amino acid profiling using capillary electrophoresis with contactless conductivity detection. The optimized method parameters were tested on human plasma samples varying in age, sex and diagnosis. Principal component analysis was used for the evaluation of the measured amino acid profiles and resulted in a partial grouping of the profiles with the same diagnosis. |
