Description CALPHAD approach is possible to use for prediction of nanoalloy binary phase diagrams. Thermodynamic data for binary systems are available. Calphad database was been expanded to include surface energy of nanoparticles. Calculated nanoalloy binary phase diagrams are recommended to compare with experimental data. The aim of this paper was verified predictetd binary phase diagam of Ag-M system (where M are selected transition metals). Phase diagrams were calculated using PanDat software. Nanoparticles were synthesis from selected precursors. Temperatures of phase transitions of synthesized nanoalloys were measured by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). Size and shape of nanoparticles was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
