Description This contribution deals with the analysis of the rules of jurisdiction for online business-to-business contracts from the point of view of Brussels I Regulation. This Regulation contains relevant rules in Article 2 and Article 5 (1). Article 2 deals with the general provision and connecting factor defendant’s domicile. Article 5 (1) deals with special rules for contracts and contains connecting factor place of performance. These provisions and their connecting factors are analyzed in offline and online contracts.
