Description	Monograph the team of authors from the Department of International and European Law at the Faculty of Masaryk University is focused on the legal regulation of civil and commercial matters with an international dimension. The focus of the book lies in the interpretation of the Rome I, Rome II Regulation and Regulation Brussels I. The authors have been observing the future as amended by the Brussels I Regulation, which will come into effect in 2015, and compare it to the current legislation.
