Description | The principles for good governance, openness, participation, accountability, effectiveness and coherence can be supported by introduction of information and communication technologies (ICT) to public administration. Electronic services of public administration can be defined as the process of innovation in providing of public services. The objective is to build a modern public administration that will fulfil its tasks effectively and transparently. The objective of this paper is to illustrate the inconsistency between demand and supply in electronization of public services as one of the problem of the implementation of ICT into system of public services in Slovak republic conditions. The key method of the research are the methods of classification analysis, comparison and abstraction for formation of theoretical and methodological framework of the solution of the researched mater, methods of causal analysis and comparison for solving of research question in the application part of this work and the method of synthesis and partial induction for finding the conclusion statement for the research. The conclusions of the research represent unconformity between demand and supply of electronic public services as one of the barriers of successful implementation of ICT to public sector. |
