Description The aim of study is to show live connection between the art and the geography, in which the art practices can be useful for geography, especially in so-called site-specific art. The study analyzes Kateřina Šedá’s projects from geographical view. Šedá is the artist, whose work focuses on building interpersonal relationships or making positive relations to places. We use methods of the humanistic geography to investigate and analyze the mental mapping of people who took place the specific art project Od nevidím do nevidím. Finally, we discover potential benefits of art for the development of methodology and analysis of geographic socially relevant topics such as quality of life.
