Qualitative properties of solutions of difference equations will be investigated. A particular attention will be devoted to the following problems: Oscillation and transformation theory of symplectic difference systems. Qualitative theory of dynamic equations and systems on time scales - a unified approach to differential and difference equations. Oscillation theory of half-linear second order difference equations. Asymptotic properties and stability of solutions of linear and nonlinear differenc e systems. Difference equations in asymptotic theory of functional differential equations. Asymptotic properties of solutions of higher order linear difference equations.
