The Innovation of Bachelor's and Consequential Master's programs at Faculty of economics and administration at Masaryk university (Inovace bak. a mag.)

As the result of the economy’s increasing demands on the population’s education is growing the importance of tertiary education. More importance is being placed on language and computer literacy. These requirements within the tertiary education system must be linked together with the implementation of the so-called Bologna process. The innovation of bachelor and graduate study programs on the Faculty of Economics and Administration is perceived with unique innovations joint study’s base using the key elements of increased flexibility and creative graduates. Simplification of the common core courses will allow students’ greater individualization and specialization. Cooperation with partners in the process of the innovating solutions will enable them to achieve even greater competitiveness in the labor market. The common ground of the various study fields’ redefinition and minimization reflects the research which on the labor market ESF MU implemented in the year 2007 - more than 200 companies has defined their vision of the graduate’s profiles.
