The world of electronic information resources 2018: new possibilities
The beginning of 2018 has brought some changes in our offer of academic electronic information resources thanks to CzechElib, National Centre for Electronic Information Resources.
You will be able to access all the important economic resourcesyou are used to, such as EconLit with Full Text, OECD iLibrary, Patria Plus or Bisnode MagnusWeb. The only resource no longer available is the Euromonitor Passport, which was rarely used.
The most important acquisition to our economic resources family is the Emerald Management eJournals Portfolio providing a comprehensive set of quality journals (61 journals indexed in ISI, more than 190 journal indexed in Emerging Source Citation Index, and more than 260 in Scopus). This database focuses on Business, Management & Strategy; Library Studies; Information & Knowledge Management; Social Sciences; Public Policy; Environmental Management; Marketing; HR, Learning & Organizational Studies; Education; Finance, Accounting & Economics; Operations, Logistics & Quality; Tourism and Hospitality; Health and Social Care, and more.
All the "big" databases managed centrally by MU will, of course, remain available to you. These include Web of Science, Scopus, Elsevier-ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, Wiley Online Library, ProQuest, EBSCO Academic Search Complete, EBSCO ebooks Academic Collection and JSTOR (now extended to all collections Arts and Science I-XV). The most note-worthy databases newly acquired by the university are Taylor&Francis SSH and Sage Journals (HSS).
