The improving epidemiological situation in the Czech Republic has resulted in changes to in-person teaching at universities You can learn more about the situation from our Rector here: https://www.em.muni.cz/en/news/13432-video-restrictions-on-in-person-teaching-to-ease
As there is no practical, laboratory, experimental or art tuition held at the Faculty of Economics and Administration, only part of these changes will affect our students. Therefore, we present below their summary.
Tuition
All teaching (lectures and seminars) at our faculty, therefore, continues for the rest of the autumn semester 2020 in the planned contactless (distance) mode. From November 25, full-time individual consultations, studies in doctoral programs according to individual study plans and practice with third parties are allowed.
Examination
A new measure is enabling in-person examination, with a maximum of ten people in one room.
Faculty building
The faculty building is still closed to the public and students, with exceptions under a government resolution (management of economic centres and those who maintain buildings and laboratories, IT administration, and those for whom entry is necessary to provide distance learning, individual consultations, testing, etc.) For employees, the priority is to work from home.
Others
The obligation to wear faceasks in all areas of the faculty builiding still applies. The opening hours of libraries does not change either, more information here: https://www.econ.muni.cz/en/news/new-measures-in-the-library
