On Monday, 18 November 2024, the AS ECON MUNI meeting confirmed the faculty leadership for the next four years. Most of the Vice-Deans continue with their agenda with updated priorities, the team will be newly completed by Oleg Deev as Vice-Dean for Strategy and Development.
The faculty leadership agreed to focus on continued curriculum reform in the coming period and to successfully manage the incoming demographic wave while maintaining high standards of teaching quality. At the same time, there will be a discussion on setting priority cross-cutting research themes and the possibility of achieving scientific excellence. The internal running and organisational set-up of the faculty will be audited in the light of the changing environment. The management of agendas based on reliable and comprehensive data will be significantly strengthened. The faculty management will also work on a new strategic plan for the faculty.
